ARCHES
We roll arches for gates either on their flat or edge. We can also roll box section, and have a ring rolling service.

PAINTING
We have an in house paint shop were we use only the best paint produced by R.J Stokes of Sheffield, with whom we are long established agents. We have a range of primers and finishes and specialise in using HB vinyl, which is sprayed directly onto new, galvanised steelwork to do away with lengthy processes involving T Washes. This has proved very popular with building and structural engineers for a cost effective and low maintenance solution to protecting steel work. We use an electrostatic spray system and offer a convenient paint spraying system.

BAR FORMING
We use the Hebo range of machinery which is the most technologically advanced in the field of wrought iron we have the capacity of embossing box section and flat from 20mm – 60mm. We can also twist up to 3mtr lengths of cold solid bar 12mm – 40mm. We also have scroll forming and basket production machines.

PRESS BRAKE
As well as guillotines and punchers our machinery range also includes a 250 Ton 4 Metre NC Durma Pressbrake. We have experienced, skilled operators who are always willing to help and advice.
